PRIX RAISIN®
Created in March 2012 by my friend Jean-Pierre Xiradakis, restaurant owner in Bordeaux, and myself, the Prix Raisin® is awarded each year to young viticulturists under 40 for one of their wines. A different appellation is chosen each year, in order to highlight the potential of all our wine regions.

Our goal is to enable consumers to discover excellent wines, with a very good quality/price ratio, from a young, talented winegrower.

The tasting committee is made up of professionals. The sponsors support the winner for the whole year, in various ways.
Olivier Dauga offers a year of vineyard, technical and vinification consulting,
Jean-Pierre Xiradakis lists the property’s wines on the menu of his restaurant La Tupiña, as well as in his four other outlets,
Jean-Christophe Varron, MD of cooperage VINEA, gives guidance on the use of barrels and oak in wine, and offers three barrels,

Since then we have been joined by:
In 2013, SOWINE, a PR agency in Paris, headed by Marie and Sylvain Mascré, who offer an audit to optimise communications about the property and its wines.
In 2014, WINEVOX, represented by Brinda Bourhis, who offers 2 days of training on a theme to be agreed with the winner, or the translation of 5000 words.
The Agency CLICTOUT DEV represented by Frederic Jouffreau, specialist in the creation of web sites, will offer a turnkey, self-manageable site.
In 2015, Fleury Wines, managed by Mr Jean Fleury, a wine merchant in Pineuilh, will help market the property’s wines by offering them to his company’s customers. Laffort SA, a manufacturer of oenological products in Bordeaux, represented by its Managing Director Philippe Guillomet, will provide help and technical assistance with the use of innovative oenological products. Leaving the project: Le Monde des Crus, Benoît Ricaud Dussarget, wine merchant.

The Prix Raisin® highlights the quality and dynamism of our region’s young grape growers, these vignerons who contribute to the exceptional cultural richness of the world of wine and to its reputation.
