Olivier Dauga was born in Libourne, in 1964, a vine in one hand and a bunch of grapes in the other. He proudly represents the 7th generation of a winegrowing family.
As an apprentice, he worked on various Bordeaux estates and gained substantial experience at Sociando-Mallet, La Tour Carnet & Rollan de By. It was during a trip in Australia that his philosophy really crystallized. Olivier Dauga embraced the broader, ferociously inventive approach of New World winemakers when setting up own consultancy company in 2000.
